      Pros

      A customer orientated culture, with lots of opportunity to grow your career and gain exposure and deliver value. A clear strategic plan, lacks bureaucracy. Regular updates from the CEO and wider Exec who are visible and accountable. Colleague share scheme is a brilliant incentive.

      Cons

      The motoring services market is highly competitive and RAC strive to meet demand in all areas which means the pace of work can be fast! If you want to join an organisation which brings you challenge, breadth and pace, RAC are a great company to consider.

      Pros

      The RAC is a positive, progressive, inclusive and highly proactive organisation, always looking to serve its members better. It also works hard to do its best for its staff which is why colleague engagement is extremely high. I am very proud to work for such an iconic brand.

      Settled in really well with the help of the discovery day and training provided by different members. General work culture/environment is good. If you need help you can always ask for it.
