I feel that I am valued for my contribution and the benefits that we have compared to other family members places of work are far superior!

Cons

Fast paced and ever evolving.....if you don't like change and progress then RAC probably is not for you!

Great place to work, I have worked here for over 5 years now and its a great place and employer. Over the last few months they have really put out all the stops to protect its employees and their families. I would recommend RAC has a place to work to all my friends and family too.
