A growing business that always feels like its pulling in the right direction. Friendly staff, approachable leadership team, varied and rewarding work, constant challenges with a supportive team.

Cons

Can be very stressful at times, routes for progression within the business are not always obvious, very 'numbers' orientated

Pros

I love working here at RAC. Not only is the office a fab place to work as the people are so friendly and we hold great on site events such as human table football and birthday parties. I also have an extremely supportive line manager and work in a role I love. I'd really recommend this as a place to work.
