Pros

The only pro is the Porsche brand itself and the quality cars they make and they treat you very well during training. If you're looking for pros in a work environment, you've come to the wrong place.

Cons

Cold/tense work environment, overstated pay potential, divided departments with little "yes men" willing to throw everyone under the bus in order to advance, very high turnover rate, arrogant upper management and don't even think about drinking the good water!

State of the art facility.

Cons

Could not be more opposite of the Porsche Philosophy. Misleading salary, hours, and management support. Top down management style, with micro management from the "owner" in every scenario. Do not be mislead into working for such a poorly run organization with an extremely high turnover rate.

Porsche is a great brand to work for, the training and the product are 2nd to none!

Cons

Porsche Chandler is a new dealership and the owner is very involved in the day to day operations, he leads by intimidation and fear. He makes sure you always know you are easily replaceable. He is dishonest in financial dealings with employees, and will yell, curse, call names if you make a mistake. I have worked for other dealerships in town and had good experiences. I opened this store less then year ago and of the almost 30 employees there are maybe 4 or 5 left. I would highly recommend looking for employment elsewhere.
