      Porsche as a brand has their processes dialed in.

      This dealership/franchise is owned/run by a complete sociopath that should be removed from the Porsche business family.

      Pros

      The only pro is the Porsche brand itself and the quality cars they make and they treat you very well during training. If you're looking for pros in a work environment, you've come to the wrong place.

      Cons

      Cold/tense work environment, overstated pay potential, divided departments with little "yes men" willing to throw everyone under the bus in order to advance, very high turnover rate, arrogant upper management and don't even think about drinking the good water!
