old and conservative company, quite successful in very stagnated market. don't find the way to break the ice and move.

relativllly big stable. Comfortable for most of the employees. many people stay for long time. international environment.

Cons

stuck and conservative. under high pressure to servive. hard competition, many new people and new culture which makes it hard for the senior people.

Pros

The location is very good, as well as the people you interact with. you can learn a lot about Layer2 networks- Sonet/SDH, Multiplexing from TDM to Ethernet, How E1/T1 lines works bit by bit. different traffic generators and more .

Cons

Looks like the management isn't that good, sometimes they decide something and then chaining their mind, or they not really sure what to do in specific situation.
