Unfortunately, the workplace culture leaves much to be desired. Innovation seems to be nonexistent, which stifles creativity and progression. The environment is extremely toxic, fostering a “throw under the bus” mentality, which is both demoralizing and counterproductive. There's a noticeable lack of appreciation for long-standing employees or talented individuals who consistently put in the effort to move the company forward. Some managers tend to be disrespectful, and a lot of colleagues seem to hold their positions due to personal relationships with management, rather than actual skill or contribution.

There is a need for improvement in the company's technological infrastructure. The systems and tools used are sometimes outdated, and this can slow down work processes. Additionally, the approach to work hours—balancing between home office and in-office work—feels a bit outdated. There’s a strong emphasis on office presence, but I believe productivity should be measured by results rather than time spent in the office. This could create a more flexible and efficient work environment.
