Great group of managers who are helpful and knowledgeable. Small company that has a family-like atmosphere. Pretty laid back culture, shorts on Friday's in summer, early dismissal once in a while. Ability to work from home once a week for most departments.
Cons
Moving into a management role is difficult as most of the managers have been there for a long time.
