Pros

The only good thing is the coworkers and medical benefits.

Cons

Almost everything else. Look at all the reviews and companies response. They spin negative reviews and have an excuse for everything. I worked there for over 7 years. Management thinks highly of themselves but in all reality they are clueless, especially when it comes to employees. They don’t compensate employees with proper pay, they don’t listen to employees and could care less about them. Most of management are sales people, who no nothing of management. I would be shocked if they could define what manangment is and how it relates to employees. The don’t give raises. Many times they have passed on merit increases.

Like most employers, COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our business. We understand and appreciate that causes an impact on our employees as well. As you stated, a number of our staff experienced temporary furloughs, and as a result of needing to reduce operating hours, some associates were asked to work earlier shifts or had their hours reduced. As you also shared, in an effort to recognize our staff for their flexibility and commitment to patient care during this truly unprecedented time, we did implement a $2 increase for all patient-facing roles. In addition, anyone who was furloughed or had their hours reduced was provided a retention package, which included an additional week of PTO and a bonus to be paid after the furlough period is over. Based on your review comment that your hours were reduced to half, you would have received notification about that retention package as well. The shift differential is set up to pay associates an additional differential if their work time meets certain criteria, generally meaning they are working second shift or the weekend. Shift differentials are common in healthcare to compensate for working what is often considered a less desirable shift. The differential is for the shift, so if you are now working day hours, that differential would not be added to your rate. Again, we recognize the impact this has on you personally. As soon as we are able to expand our hours again and have you work your normal evening shift, your hours worked will qualify you for the shift differential. In addition, we have put a number of policies and procedures into place to limit the exposure of our staff to COVID-19 and to ensure our team’s safety is a top priority. Let’s get through this together.
