Pros

Smart organization with good leadership. Employees are treated well. Good anticipation of evolving trends in healthcare. Very stable and low turnover.

Cons

Operating in medical reimbursement environment which is difficult for any company to navigate. At the time I was there some synergies between sales/marketing and operations needed improving.

Not a very stable work environment they keep closing facilities.

Yes, we did need to make some tough decisions in the Phoenix market and did close two centers in 2013. Since then we’ve invested in the remaining centers with remodels and new equipment at many of our locations. We have installed two new MRIs and are in process on a third. We have also added and upgraded other equipment throughout our Arizona centers.

Thanks for the feedback. We do evaluate market data annually and are looking at where we may need to make market adjustments. We also have strategic goals in place to more clearly define career paths available to associates. We strongly believe our associates are the key to our company’s growth and success and are looking at actions we can take to ensure we’re retaining our great talent.
