Our company has been built on a reputation for excellence and compassionate patient care; we’re happy to see that confirmed in your review. We are working with many departments, including sales, on more defined career paths, so our current associates can continue to grow and stay challenged in the organization.

Pros

Great co-workers, very flexible with my hours. Worked on my own and as a team. Decent benefits

Cons

Management did not always listen, could be quite difficult to work with at times. Headquarters forgets about other markets outside of twin cities.

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your team and were happy with your hours. We have implemented a number of steps to ensure we’re taking all markets into consideration when making company-wide decisions. When we roll out new things or make updates, it is shared with the market leaders first, so they can provide input and suggestions prior to it being rolled out.

Pros

Vey .employee oriented company. They expected your very best efforts and got them from most. Great benefits. As a medical editor I got to work from home, a real plus for a single mom. Expectations were high but so were the rewards.

Cons

It seems that the same people were chosen for special projects all the time, the rest did the regular work. That was fine, but when a special projects person was on vacation, someone had to be trained vey quickly and expected to be proficient immediately.

Thanks for the review! Your positive comments ring true to the type of environment we want to create for everyone. We also appreciate the feedback about the project work. We’ll provide that information to our manager of the medical editor department.
