Cons

We used to he about patients. But now it's all about money! High turn over and poor management except for a select few of excellent managers that make it bearable.

Fairly good PTO accumulations each pay period.

Cons

Only one choice for health plan with high deductible. PAY IS VERY LOW for work that is expected and desired degree in radiography. Very small pay increases. Get with the "in" crowd so you won't be critized at constantly. Management is hands-off and delegates supervisor duties to someone without any prior experience managing employees, Unfair employment practices with nepotism. No chance for advancement unless related to someone or with the "in" crowd.
