The only good thing is the coworkers and medical benefits.

Cons

Almost everything else. Look at all the reviews and companies response. They spin negative reviews and have an excuse for everything. I worked there for over 7 years. Management thinks highly of themselves but in all reality they are clueless, especially when it comes to employees. They don’t compensate employees with proper pay, they don’t listen to employees and could care less about them. Most of management are sales people, who no nothing of management. I would be shocked if they could define what manangment is and how it relates to employees. The don’t give raises. Many times they have passed on merit increases.

Great benefits. PTO accrual is unheard of starting out. They teach many great skills

Cons

Rapid changes with minimal support from management. Also since we are partnered with froedtert and trained to do multiple positions their pay does not compare even though we do the same if not more than froedterts employees
