The staff can be friendly

Cons

There is s very high turnover rate for the region very short staffed due to unrealistic expectation and volume of pts. Management is worried about numbers and not the ability or comfort of staff. Did away with bonuses to allow for better pay but the increase was not worth taking away bonus. Management complains about other staff to staff Everyone is doing a job not inside their job description due to short staffing. The region is on a steady decline and poor reflection of the once great company pts satisfaction is down and employees are unhappy

You will never get bored, overtime is always available, flexible, good benefits

Cons

Pay Low, Not enough staff, Not organized no structure, do task that's not part of your job description, all technology always going bad

Executive level management needs a reality check

Caring and compassionate frontline staff Great teamwork and cohesiveness Always trying to do the best for each patient

Cons

Executive-level management is missing the opportunity to keep great employees by paying lower-than-market wages. With the cost of living going up +/- 8% each year, offering the staff a 2% raise is demoralizing and frankly insulting. The staff all talk about their salaries and collectively feel underpaid, unappreciated, and less loyal as a result.
