Thanks for the five star rating! Each center is open different hours depending on the needs of the local community and volume of patients. As you know, when someone needs a radiology procedure, they don’t have the luxury of waiting months for that procedure, so we do extend hours to allow patients to be scheduled as soon as possible. At some sites, this means there can be evening and weekend hours to cover.

Cons

Late working hours during winter takes a toll on you, co workers are more on the elder side considering I'm 20-25.

Glad to see the pros in your review! Yes, some of our locations are open evening and weekend hours to best accommodate our patients. As you know, when someone needs a radiology procedure, they don’t have the luxury of waiting months for that procedure, so we do extend hours to allow patients to be scheduled as soon as possible.

The pay is low and corporate no longer cares for their employees. It is difficult to move up in the company.

We hear regularly from staff that their favorite thing about working here are “the people”, and your review echoes that sentiment. We do consider associates’ Total Rewards package, and in addition to base salaries, offer every full and part-time associate a quarterly bonus plan, and as you mentioned other great benefits. We are working on more defined career paths for associates and closely evaluating market data for base salaries.
