Cons

Company values don't always feel as if they are company wide. Some departments are wonderful and some are not.

Awesome company to work for. Leadership is the best in the business. Great work life balance and good benefits.

Cons

Multiple billing systems because of acquisitions, but will be consolidating into one. The future looks great for CDI.

Pros

Very ethical company with a great working environment. Provide all the resources you need to be successful and you have access to everyone from the CEO on down. They like to advance from within the company when opportunities present themselves.

Cons

At times they can be slower than you like on making decisions which could slow down your productivity closing a deal or contract.
