Pros
-Really supportive environment -Feels secure, less stress about losing your job -The company is so big there are many different fields you could explore as a developer -If you're already in the company, it's easier to switch from one department to another -management has been really good for me, however it is hit or miss
Cons
-Proxy's and onboarding can be a slow process -Pay is pretty good but not extremely high
