      As much as the company preaches diversity it's employees haven't embraced it. Covert discrimination is an every day occurrence.

      Great teammates, hardworking, friendly people. Interesting projects and clients. Large organization with many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels too large and anonymous. As with many other organizations, national office or operations area feels taken for granted and is often first hit when there are layoffs.
