Pros

Nice people and good managers to take care of you. Lots of learning opportunities, tons of great clients to meet if you get to meet them

Cons

Some managers could be really rude and they don't care about you. Clients of course will be annoying at times. compliance could be really hard

Cons

Too big to be agile, highly bureaucratic un responsive at times. Arrogant. Cheap very little is spent on technology for employees
