Pros

RBC is a rock solid company. Pay is ok. Benefits very good. Long tenure of employees. Invests a lot in employees and the brand.

Cons

The corporate strategy of the US firm, seemed to change every couple of years. Technology is some of the most antiquated on Wall Street, but they are catching up.

Pros

It offers you a great work life balance with the ability to work a few days from home. Also You have some very inspirational people working whom you get to learn a lot from. especially as a recent grad.

Cons

Not challenging enough was my major complaint. I don't see a very very quick growth for me in the organization and the skill sets i picked up were low.
