Pros

- The people. - Very good school to learn the business. - Solid healthcare benefits. - Banking perks. - Downtown location. - Just bought out by Aviva.

Cons

The H&A Insurance division was just bought out by Aviva Canada so the following might change: - Very demanding on the sales and advice side. - Lack of vision and focus. - Very reactive to the market, no inovation. - Very limited advancement possibilities within the department.

Pros

Great incentive structure good base salary and possibility to move up if you are schedule flexible. They make it a point to recongnize success

Cons

Ask for to much availability flexibility to be able to move up and I do not apreciate the choices or methods used for leadership hire.

Pros

Great training and development. Well developed systems for onboarding and integration into a portfolio. Company competes well in most markets which makes the job a bit easier.

Cons

Demand for account managers is greatest in the higher growth areas of the lower mainland (Surrey, coquitlam, etc) which may not be ideal.
