Pros

- Training: the company offers a lot of training opportunities - Career growth: the company has a lot of young managers and I feel encouraged to take on more leadership roles and responsibilities, it's a good place for young people to learn and grow - Good vacation and perks - Friendly and respectful working environment: you can't expect everyone you meet would be sweet, but people here in general are very respectful, friendly and professional

Cons

- For a large organization like this, there will be layers of management, so messages are communicated indirectly rather than directly a lot of times - Red tape that hinders strategies being implemented quickly
