Pros

Most people working at RBC are older professionals so you can learn from their experience.

Cons

Very conservative and unfair in promotions. Doesn't matter about your performance.. it's about if your manager likes you or not. I would not recommend this place to young professionals.

Pros

Good training, you learn a lot no matter what your job position, great benefits and a decent bonus as well as additional stock options, flexible work hours, opportunity for advancement as long as you are a hard worker with a positive attitude

Cons

Management favouritism. Managers tend to favour older employees even if they are in the wrong. They do not look at the situation case by case and hear all the facts.
