Pros

*good brand name on the resume *okay benefits *opportunities for training *may get reimbursed for some training programs (e.g. CSC/CPH) *nice office facilities

Cons

*branch management makes or breaks the experience; for me personally, it's not a very good one *low pay (especially compared to competitor firms) *apparently no raises are "standard" *high turnover rate at the branch level

Great co-workers, lot's of opportunity to be involved in outside of work activities if you so choose. Good opportunity for over-time and annual bonus if co. does well

Cons

Lot's of politics, advancement difficult if you are not one of the clones. Not always recognized for achievments
