Pros

Opportunity - in such a large corporation, your skill set is bound to find a home. The stability of the corporation is able to generate a sense of stability for it's employees. You are able to achieve the level of advancement you desire, and the glass ceiling is almost completely gone.

Cons

As in any corporation, you will meet a variety of people. On occasion, there will be someone who does not rise to the corporate culture of inclusion and advancement, thus creating an uncomfortable environment around themselves. I have use these situations to grow myself, in order to better deal with them. However, there are also opportunities to change jobs and move into a more comfortable environment.
