Pros

the people you work with are great! The training is 2nd to none. a great place to start a rewarding career.

Cons

seem to be merging positions and setting higher targets to achieve but not increasing salaries. plans to reduce benefits and more difficult to get bonuses yet the company continues to show record profits yr over yr.

Pros

My leadership team were very nice, and were very supportive for my role

Cons

For whatever reason, the roles that they have made up for staff sound good on paper but don't really work out in reality. Its almost like they don't bother testing anything before sending things out.

Pros

Open environment, supportive colleagues ready to answer questions, realistic expectations, knowledge of a large successful organization behind your back

Cons

Extremely structured and oftentimes rigid, difficulty in moving from one line of business to another, a lot of unnecessary political interactions to achieve something
