Inconsistency of rules of middle management between branches. Requirement to what often feels like pressure sell to clients as way to achieve bonus.

Cons

Too much sales pressure and micro-management. In addition to regular sales target for home & auto insurance, they require you to obtain cross functional referrals (e.g. life insurance).
