Pros

Great environment, professional, lots of employment opportunities. Great benefits that are flexible to each persons needs. A good employer to grow with.

Cons

Sometimes there is corporate red tape. Managers can sometimes be limited to policy and refuse to work outside of it.

Pros

working hour is not so bad..as a csr you can sit down. too much pressure on sales side. not enough csrs all the time..2% raise every year which is a joke. starting rate might be higher than other FI but never get raise...your sales goal is very high

Cons

Pros

Can be very independent work, doing your own thing most of the time. In Toronto, the sleeping room was interesting, and the cafe inside the building was convenient. Great building and location in Toronto.

Cons

Very rushed atmosphere and people are always stressed out. Depressing environment. Work varies but takes years and years to really understand the large company as a system. It's a very typical corporate environment and has lots of security, always warning about confidential information. Lots of meetings...way too many meetings.
