Pros

Good training provided on entry into most jobs, strong commitment to employees. Pretty good bonuses and pay structure. If you deliver results you will get chances to be promoted.

Cons

Difficult to manage out problem employees, some leadership are closed minded and sometimes are not connected to the truth about managing. Talk about authentic leadership but do not practice it.

Pros

All the perks of a big company, lots of opportunities if you go looking for them. Many of the people I have met so far are very friendly and eager to share their experiences. The internal job website is very useful to see what else is out there.

Cons

None so far, though some coworkers seem pretty cynical and lack ambition, there seems to be a lack of talent. I imagine the hours would be tough for someone with more responsibilities.
