Pros

Working for a Canadian subsidiary allowed RBC Bank to have access to sophisticated loan products and services not offered by the competition. Leadership has become more effective in recent years allowing RBC Bank to be a competitor.

Cons

RBC has had a tough time competing with other lenders. The brand was weak, the branch network is weak, and RBC Nank has had a tough time organically penetrating major markets.

Pros

There are good benefits and not much is expected of you. That said, you can skate by and collect an OK paycheck.

Cons

No focus. Senior management is an absolute joke. I had the craziest boss ever and I have no idea how this was not recognized before it was.
