Pros

Ability to expand your knowledge of the business world, great place to start a career. Learn about bank safety, financial products etc.

Cons

Management was older, I felt a large age discrepancy and couldn't really bond with the my colleagues.. I went to work to work, wasn't fun and outgoing environment.

Pros

- There are hundreds of directions you can take your career - Management is very attentive to employee needs and encourages open door - Full training is provided to ensure you know your products

Cons

- There is huge turn around but this is primarily due to the fact that you're calling folks at home after work and they tend not to be very open to conversation at that time - Because of huge turn around, management expects you to really show your commitment and does not allow vertical movement unless you stay in your current position for a long time, sometimes 2 years. - Pay is pretty low during the first 5-6 years
