Pros

Large corporate entity with diverse set of businesses that can allow growth in knowledge and some advancement career wise depending on the unit

Cons

Laid back and complacent corporate culture, mediocre skillset of employees, technologically dragging 5-7 behind US competitor, and large overhead in internal services due to overstaffed departments reflecting the level of late 90s.

Pros

Helpful learning environment. Managers encourage employees to try new avenues and also keep updated with various courses. Gives a great insight into the backend working of the bank.

Cons

Compensation was on the lower side, however the bonus is quite generous and partly makes up for the lack of base salary.
