Pros

- Comprehensive Benefit and Reward Program - Robust On-boarding and Training Program - Pay for Licensing - Senior colleagues are knowledgeable and willing to share knowledge

Cons

- Strict Sales Targets and ongoing pressure to meet targets, sometimes targets seem unrealistic - Limited Growth Opportunities: Employees are overlooked and sometimes hiring decisions appear to be based on favouritism rather than capabilities - Compensation is low compared to other companies and you’re told it’s because of the comprehensive Benefit and reward program but you can get better compensation and similar reward programs at other companies

Pros

Co-workers and Team managers are helpful. Many opportunities to go up.

Cons

Work force management is annoying and team managers won’t be able to override them. Pay rate could be higher
