Pros

This is for RBC Capital Markets: 1. Professional environment 2. Nice line of business 3. Job is somehow stable 4. Decent health plan

Cons

This is for RBC Capital Markets: 1. Low bonus/salary raise 2. 401k is not the best 3. Disconnection between upper management and base employees. 4. Too many medium and high level managers 5. If you ask better salary/role they prefer letting you go. 6. Some IT corporate decisions make not sense. Getting new third party expensive software while wasting local resources. 7. Too many budget controls and activities per hour reports. Each activity has to be reported in 2 different control sites.
