Pros

People are easy to work with. It moves at bank pace -> this is rather slow which can be a good thing, As a developer I work at my pace then, rather than being pushed time-wise in a stressful way.

Cons

Low pay Hybrid - currently 2 days/week but moving to 4 days per week in September
