Pros

the team is nice and collaborative the work is pretty easy as its very repetitive, so if you want to just treat the job as a you go in and clock out then this job is good for that, but if you want to learn and grow in your career, perhaps this isn't the best

Cons

-you will have 12 hour shifts rotationally, and overnight shifts -not a consistent working schedule, changes from 7-3, 7-11, 12 hour shifts and overnight shifts -you can work on national holidays to amass vacation or overtime pay -doesn't feel like a role with many transferable skills -changed their hybrid roles to 4 days in person, seems like soon they will move to 5 days in person
