Pros

Take great care of their employees, particularly during COVID crisis. Gross compensation can be very competitive factoring in performance-based bonuses and top-of-the-line benefits.

Cons

Lack of engineering culture; management at all levels seems to understand technology only enough to discuss it surface-level in meetings. There is a very strong tendency toward sub-par vendor solutions (which in-house developers have to support), rather than developing code in-house. Culture overall depends very much on your manager and team, so mileage may vary.
