Pros

Ok benefits. Good 401k match. More laid back than typical sell side trading floors.

Cons

Technology is a mess. Everyone is a manager or director or head of something. Someone's title can have little bearing on their actual job -sort of ridiculous.

Pros

Not too stressful, friendly environment. Wan't too demanding and the daily tasks were easy and short. Lots of support from the co-workers and unlimited learning resources. The pay was also good for the amount of work that was required

Cons

Boring and not challenging enough. It was lacking management and the projects were using old technology which is considered outdate in every other company
