Company treats employees like underwear - completely disposable. Very high turnover. Unless you're a yes-man do not even apply. If you want an ethical place to work, don't work here. If you want a great company culture, don't work here. Looking did work life balance and a company that values family, don't work here. Worst experience of my life at this company. Became very depressed due to mistreatment by owners (Carlos and Karen) and their children's (Lauren & Antonio) word was valued over the employees of the company. Was expected to work 24/7 and be available at all times and to answer a call within 3 rings or face discipline - this was regardless of time of day. If any noise could be heard on the phone (a neighbor's lawn mower, street work, etc) you were chastised and yelled at because of the distraction (no joke, really yelled at). Was required to sign a document that we'd work in a noise free environment with no distraction. Would need to live on a deserted island for that. Also, employees are encouraged to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor and LinkedIn as part of an annual campaign to get their ratings up. Employees are harassed until a positive rating is left. So don't believe the positive reviews you see as those employees are just worried about keeping their jobs and avoiding the wrath of the owners and their daughter.
