Benefits are average Sales commissions are high, if the owners like you Office is modern with complementary food, beverages and snacks. RCS prides themselves on servicing our clients and contractors. **Note: most reviews on here are from contractors who don't have to deal with the owner's insecurities, office drama & poor leadership. RCS is great for contractors; horrible place for corporate employees.
Cons
Owners are no managers, employee's opinions are not valued. High turnover. The smart leave quickly. Employee positions are eliminated often. Since 2017: CFO, HR Managers (2), Recruiting Manager, Sales Manager (2), Marketing Manager, Controller and many recruiters. (All jobs eliminated in 6 months - here one day & gone the next) Employees are not to voice any concerns or opinion's. If you express dissatisfaction, your position is at risk and you will be severed the next day. (Like CFO & HR) Very unstable work place. Financial uncertainty. Sales are poor & 80% of business is with one client. Risky.
