Pros

I honestly cannot think of any pros for the company anymore. Use to be a great company until it was sold to the children in 2021. In my opinion it has taken a nosedive. Major turnover of employees.

Cons

Management is horrible. Looking for a company that offers you the tools you need to perform your job with success, this is not the one. Step into this company very lightly and always cover your behind. Policy changes about as often as you change your drawers. And believe me it is not to benefit the employee; it is to benefit their pockets. THE END Again, everything I have stated is my opinion only!!!

Bad management! It is hard to explain the owners of this company. They have a distrust for their employees and with that mind set comes mistreatment. They manage with fear and that is why they have such a high turnover.

The company was nothing I expected it to be. Nothing good to say.

Cons

Read your offer letter. At will termination at any time. Their IT was horrible at explaining things They show a video for training & Their commission structure just started in October which means it’s under a trial basis.
