Tools are in place and good training for the position you will apply for. A good attitude is in place with most all workers at all levels.
Cons
Just as with all customer service work, some days can be hard when negative situations arise in your life, but you have to stay cheerful and professional on the phones.

Great team, especially management. Relaxing work environment. Work from Home available. Flexible in various ways. Company is sensitive to employee needs.

More transparency is needed on shifts in the company taking place behind the scenes. This is really the only con I can think of. It's a great company.
