We seek out regular feedback from agents & supervisors alike as we continue to grow our culture, provide quality service for our clients, & promote better living for our employees! One of the major contributing factors is our culture team, which works with management to develop employees and helps everyone to take away what they put in. The goal is always to create an environment where anyone who applies themselves can see growth in both their personal & professional lives. At RDI you can find yourself working with companies from all over the country, building a strong skillset in customer support, sales, and communication with peers / management / and even clients. More than that, you'll find yourself working with people who genuinely care about you as an individual and are willing to put in the effort to make sure you have a positive experience where you feel supported and heard.
