Pros

- The position offers some flexibility in completion of particular assignments. - The work itself is fairly easy to complete. - The one time that I worked with the Help Desk/Line, the associate was extremely helpful and returned my call promptly.

Cons

- The InfoQuest application is a bit buggy. Instead of adding additional features like scheduling and route planning, more effort should be expended on getting the application to crash less during use at client sites. - There are too many managers involved in the assignment and job completion process. It is often difficult to find the correct manager with whom to correspond and is not on vacation or otherwise out of the office.
