      Pros

      I like the ability to schedule my hours and days to complete my assignments; I enjoy working independently with very little interaction with the public; I like staying busy and active on the different assignments, time goes by quickly and I'm never bored; I like the ability to volunteer to do substitute assignments which adds variety and a chance to travel to different locations; its also a plus, during the summer months, to work where there is air-conditioning; the company is proactive with regular training and updates regarding our specific tasks.

      Cons

      Sometimes the assignments can be tedious, it requires a lot of concentration; it's important that one's phone be fully charged and to have a backup power source; although the majority of the store employees I come in contact with are courteous and helpful, others can be condescending and downright mean.
