      Flexible schedule Timely support via phone You can pick up hours if needed

      Cons

      Need to review training multiple times in order to successfully complete some jobs One of their apps is very difficult to use if you have an iPhone

      Helpful Job, but Stay on Top of EVERYTHING

      Pros

      If you’re doing everything they need and want they are very responsive. Online training is fantastic & when you’re new they are very helpful. Field Support gets back to you very quickly. The scanning and IQ jobs aren’t too stressful, stores employees you scan in are very welcoming!

      Cons

      Schedule changes can be difficult; make sure you stay on top of your schedule. Even if you only scan for part of the week you basically are checking your schedule and email every day! This was a great fit when my first manager listens to me then I had some difficulties when I had to change my hours. It’s taken over a month, but I finally think I’m getting everything worked out.

      Fine for a second job for a little extra income

      Pros

      I work full-time job, and I work this job part-time to get a little extra income. The field support team is very good.

      Cons

      The training is very fast-paced and not great. You have many questions. You are sort of left to figure things out on your own. Also, you have to tweak your availability to get the correct hours you are seeking. The IQ scanning app is terrible! It crashes non-stop. You could get your job done much quicker/ easier if the app would just work properly.
