      Pros

      This is a great job if you're a parent to young children because you can do the jobs whatever time of day (as long as the stores are open). Very flexible.

      Cons

      Driving a fair bit of distance to some jobs.

      You kind of make your own schedule and the ability to start and end work as needed can be nice

      Cons

      The pay is way too low and they do not want to spend any money on devices or things employees may need to complete the job. I feel for anybody who does this job alone full-time because you cannot make a living off of it. I essentially work to pay for the gas i use to go to work. Especially in bigger cities where you have to travel quite a bit to get to any job location. Also they say you make your own schedule but you have to work within due dates and they want you to get the jobs done on the first day you get them. Plus, you have to work within the confines of store hours…so you don’t truly have the freedom of making your schedule. But you are able to start your day whenever (within the above confines).

      We've made many innovative changes improving RA productivity (increasing their effective pay). For example, our introduction of our smart phone app has received overall very positive response. It has resulted in increased data collection speed, better image quality, and ease of completing jobs at discreet locations. Through our training program and the ongoing support of your District Manager, this role has great potential for increasing one's hourly rate. Our productivity pay structure has unlimited upside in terms of how high your effective hourly rate can get. We regularly evaluate our pay program to stay competitive in the job market for part-time work.

      Pros

      The job is really straight forward. And they now have an app so you can use your own device for the jobs making it even easier.

      Cons

      Sometimes trying to work in stores can be tiring if you have issues with social anxiety. Especially holiday times where there are more people shopping in the stores
