Pros

No supervisor hovering over your shoulder. Flexible schedule (get the work before the deadline). Constantly thanked by the team leads, district managers, and the executive staff. If you are willing to travel, the pay and the perks are more than worthwhile.

Cons

My only complaint is that the work is monotonous.

Pros

This opportunity has taught me a lot in terms of time management and the retail industry as a whole. You are able to work whenever you want as long as the stores you are assigned to are open, which was a really big plus as I was in school. You are not micromanaged and you do not really have a manager breathing down your neck.

Cons

The only cons would be driving to different jobs assignments. Some can be pretty far and others can be really close. Another thing is, the job assignments can be changed around a lot which can leave you not knowing how long a certain job will take.
