      Pros

      RetailData is a great company to work for, especially if you are more of an independent worker. As a Data Collector, you really feel a sense of accomplishment helping to keep the Retail market diverse and competitive. While the work can be tedious at times, the schedule is flexible allowing you a timeframe to get things done. My supervisors have all been very supportive and always available whenever I reach out to them. I have been working in the cooperate world for over a decade and this truly is one of the best jobs I've had.

      Cons

      Being an independent worker means that you do not get to interact with your co-workers that often. This if fine for me but it may be a negative for those who need socialization in the work place.

      Pros

      I really love the convenience of the job considering I have 2 young children and a business of my own. Its a nice way to get some extra cash.

      Cons

      The relationship between employees and superiors is extremely relaxed which can be unprofessional. I rarely get responses to my phone calls or questions but the instant I don't respond I get a lot of short answers and blunt statements. Its frustrating.

      1) The only way to get more money is to work more. 2). Leads make the same pay as data collectors
