      Pros

      This is a very flexible job. It works well for me as I have a disabled husband. It allows me to work around his doctor's appointments and challenges. My boss and trainer are very supportive. They also, try to help me with any job concerns I have.

      Cons

      The wages are low and haven't increased much in the 11 years I have worked for the company.

      Data Collector position with Retail Data

      Pros

      This job allows me to mostly make my own schedule during the week. I am only responsible for my work. It does require attention to detail and accurate reading skills, but it is easy to perform. My supervisor is available for any questions I have and is consistently professional, nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Work loads can change quickly which makes scheduling difficult sometimes. This does not happen often, however, and my supervisor is always willing to help find a solution.

      The superiors are super nice and willing to help you in anything that you have questions with or are confused on. They are very involved.

      Cons

      The technology can be confusing, and how to submit your data for the day is a little complicated. Questions about how to do this will definitely ensue.
